The Foundations T/PgM Team is responsible for overall program governance across Infrastructure, Data engineering, Infra Finance, Security, and Engineering Compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a team of TPMs responsible for supporting the project portfolio across all back end engineering systems.
- Work with Platform leadership to build and execute efficient processes and rituals that minimize risk, maximize impact and value creation of the team.
- Work in partnership with Platform leadership to develop team strategy and roadmaps.
- Build a vision and staffing strategy to maximize TPM team opportunity and growth while also supporting the most critical projects. Owning some of these programs as well.
- Be a thought leader in the space - aim to be steps ahead.
- 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager, or related experience.
- BS degree in a technical field or equivalent related experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, who thrives in ambiguity.
- BS in Engineering or CS or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical abilities, able to create & monitor metrics, proactively identify growth opportunities & incidents.
- Ability to influence teams & drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Proven strength in building rapport with senior leadership with polished communication skills and thought leadership.
- Expert executive communications.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
