O’Neill Vintners & Distillers is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creative needs across the O’Neill brand portfolio. This role focuses on designing engaging and high-quality assets across multiple channels, with the primary goals of supporting marketing and sales channels through print and digital platforms, ensuring each brand is uniquely represented while maintaining cohesive standards. Reporting to the Manager, Creative, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing concepts to life and contribute to impactful brand storytelling.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Design Development
- Create compelling visuals across multiple platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, event materials, and website assets.
- Adapt designs to suit the unique voice and identity of each brand while maintaining alignment with overarching brand guidelines.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Creative, and other team members to prioritize tasks and streamline workflow.
- Brand Identity Support
- Ensure consistency in the application of brand guidelines across all materials.
- Assist in the development and refinement of visual identity elements for new and existing brands.
- File Management
- Organize, maintain, and archive design files for easy access and collaboration.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors to ensure accuracy and quality in production.
- Innovation & Trends
- Stay informed on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually enhance creative output.
- Experiment with innovative design concepts and techniques to keep brands fresh and engaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably working across multiple brands or within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva, Figma, and similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across diverse projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for vendors.

Physical/Mental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods while working on designs.
- Maintain focus and creativity under tight deadlines.
- Capability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage prolonged screen time effectively without compromising productivity or attention to detail.
- Hybrid work environment between the Paso Robles office and working from home that includes travel for activations, events, and media opportunities.
- Readily available during peak engagement times and seasons to respond to increased workflow, launches, or key dates
