What You’ll Do

  • Own the phone: There’s no shortage of warm leads. If you can handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, you can turn high potentials into high rewards.
  • Become an Expert:  We have no shortage of Insurance companies for you to work with. You’ll master our life insurance products, turning complex information into simple, tailored solutions for clients.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer professional life insurance advice.
  • Achieve Goals:  You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where exceeding targets is part of the job, and success is celebrated in big ways.
  • Ensure Compliance:  Ensure every call meets the highest standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Must have an LLQP licence
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation: Guaranteed Income + 60% Commission on New Business, 40% on Renewals
