Job Summary:

We seek a Marketing Specialist with expertise in project management and marketing operations to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the post-sales marketing for sponsored reports, virtual events, and advertiser content. Reporting to the Director of Sponsored Content Services, the Marketing Specialist will provide exceptional client service to our sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, leading kick-off calls, setting timelines, managing communication, and providing ongoing campaign updates.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across email, web, paid social, and newsletters.
  • Manage the creation and publishing of sponsor content articles, landing pages, and microsites across different content management systems including HubSpot, WordPress, and Shorthand.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including ad creative development, audience targeting, budget management, and performance analysis using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance against client goals with respect to lead generation, impressions, CTRs, and page views, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, freelance writers, sales, and marketing team to meet project goals efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, managing communications and meeting deadlines.
  • 1-2 years experience in HubSpot and strong understanding of email marketing automation and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and/or Shorthand to design pages that best magnify a client’s content.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with experience in project management tools such as Wrike or Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
