This position is responsible for assisting with the management of projects throughout the US from development to completion and closeout.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Creation and completion of project schedule.
  • Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials.
  • Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed.
  • Establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors.
  • Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites.
  • Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work.
  • Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met.
  • Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM.
  • Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required.
  • Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the course of the project.
  • May be asked to execute small projects independently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
