Job Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and success of our product(s). You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize product roadmap and product features. Your goal is to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Manages one or more direct reports.
Travel:
Remote in CA, FL, LA, NJ, NV, PA, TX, OH, CO, IL.
Less than 25% travel to South Florida.

Your Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and product team members.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Conduct ongoing product discovery through user interviews, surveys, and analytics; actively engage with stakeholders
- Work closely with the design team to prototype products and features
- Lead prototype testing with the end users using various methodologies such as A/B testing, prototype walkthroughs and other methods
- Represent customer needs and challenges during the development process
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog by collaborating with business and technology teams to identify epics and features
- Communicate and articulate product vision to stakeholders and internal teams (engineering, data, design). Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch optimization.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key milestones to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and field enablement materials.
- Ensure the products and features effectively solve customer problems and deliver value to end-users
- Manage all aspects of in-life product, including customer feedback, issues, and needs.
- Drive continuous improvement through iteration and experimentation, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform future product development efforts.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage one or more direct reports, specifically product owners and business analysts.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in software or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, with experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Effective decision-making abilities in strategy and customer considerations.
- Experience with product management tools such as Azure/DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in SaaS or software product development.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
- Experience with product analytics tools.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
