Ingenium Business Analyst

Overview

• Senior Business Analyst with experience in Ingenium, a leading policy administration system used in the insurance industry
• Responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders
• This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge in life insurance, and experience with system implementation and upgrades
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business and systems requirements
• Translate business requirements into design specifications
  
  

• Stakeholder and Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with IT teams, developers, testers, and business users to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units
  
  

• Testing and Quality Assurance
• May be required to develop and execute test cases
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defect resolution
  
  

• Ingenium System Expertise:
• Assist in system implementation and upgrades would be a plus
  

Qualifications And Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Ingenium
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and reporting tools related to Ingenium
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
