Job description:

The Recruiting Partner plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition efforts by efficiently managing and coordinating various recruitment and administrative processes. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, internal/external applicants, and other team members to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities encompass all stages of the recruitment process, from posting positions and coordinating interviews to extending offers and properly dispositioning candidates. Additionally, the Recruiting Partner handles onboarding requirements, such as conducting background checks and processing I-9 forms, while also managing administrative tasks to ensure recruiting compliance.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment processes: Ensure efficient handling of job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate dispositioning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Review and evaluate applications and resumes: Assess candidate qualifications and experience to determine suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and address issues: Monitor recruitment progress, perform initial interviews, and engage with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback: Ensure candidates are informed about their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Extend job offers and handle onboarding requirements: Conduct background checks and process I-9 forms to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Support administrative tasks: Manage various administrative duties, including auditing of closed requisitions, to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and governance processes: Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Measure and report recruitment progress: Provide detailed reports and updates on recruitment activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders: Ensure timely and clear communication with all levels of the organization to maintain alignment and support recruitment success.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and projects: Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition: Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software: PowerPoint and Excel proficiency are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts across teams and manage dependencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of recruitment methodologies: Experience with various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and interact effectively with stakeholders.
