- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
- Serving as a communication link between the development team and stakeholders.
- Ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.
- Removing impediments and obstacles to the team’s progress.
- Supporting and coaching the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance and progress.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Conducting Agile training and mentoring for team members.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring the team adheres to defined Agile processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage team dynamics and work within deadlines.
- Understanding of software development processes and practices.
- JIRA, Trello, Confluence, GitHub, Asana, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile principles.
