Scrum Master

We are looking for candidates with expertise in Agile methodologies and team management for the role of Scrum Master. Scrum Masters are responsible for ensuring that Scrum practices are followed, facilitating team collaboration, and removing obstacles to progress, among other duties.

The best Scrum Masters have exceptional leadership and communication skills, acting as a coach and motivator for their team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
• Serving as a communication link between the development team and stakeholders.
• Ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.
• Removing impediments and obstacles to the team’s progress.
• Supporting and coaching the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.
• Monitoring and reporting on team performance and progress.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Conducting Agile training and mentoring for team members.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensuring the team adheres to defined Agile processes and best practices.

Educational Qualification

• UG: BCA/MCA/Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering, IT, etc.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM, or other relevant Agile certifications are highly desirable.
