About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of key initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception to completion. You’ll play a vital role in managing timelines, resources, and communication, helping to ensure projects meet goals, stay on budget, and align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
