Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Brand Management team. This role is essential in supporting brand managers by managing projects, streamlining communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The Project Manager will help leadership focus on strategic initiatives by overseeing key operational activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. A background or familiarity with eCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and marketing operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Task Management
  • Organize project timelines and track deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Manage meeting agendas, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Content & Listing Coordination
  • Coordinate with content teams to track updates, approvals, and feedback.
  • Assist in ensuring that all content and product listings are up-to-date and compliant with

standards.

  • Client & Internal Communications Support
  • Draft templated client updates to ensure consistent communication.
  • Streamline internal requests and act as a point of contact between various teams and stakeholders.
  • General Operational Support
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support process documentation and refine workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Help with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and trust built over time.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with task management tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desired (but Not Required) Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows.
  • Previous experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client services or agency project management is a plus.
