Position Overview:
As the Senior Product Operations Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure product and data operations run effectively and efficiently across the organization.

As the Senior Product Operations Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure product and data operations run effectively and efficiently across the organization.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring visibility of the product roadmap to internal and, where appropriate, external stakeholders
- Gathering and analyzing data regarding product usage and customer response and surfacing relevant insights
- Documenting existing processes and systems within the product team
- Administering product management and product operations applications, such as Heap, Jira, Skyvia, Product Board, Jira Product Discovery, with intent to get value from the investments and ensure appropriate tools are in use
- Serving as the system administrator and managing user permissions, structure, training, and governance
- Building and iterating on processes that inform Engineering of common business use cases and key user issues
- Creating and socializing metrics that better track and socialize the status of feature development
- Ensuring product documentation, templates, and best practices for product and data operations are kept up-to-date, centrally located, accessible,secure, and utilized
- Serving as a communications hub for knowledge dissemination
- Having a deep understanding of RxVantage's full set of offerings
- Extensive horizontal leadership experience, honed interpersonal skills, and strong teaming and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- An expert understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Minimum of four years product operations or product management experience, including development work and interactions with customers. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile/Scrum
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully with a strong attention to detail
- Basic software tools including G-Suite, Slack, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid Charts, Jira Product Discovery, Product Board, Heap, Google Analytics, Tableau
