Job Description

INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Media Manager with experience driving paid media strategy across external platforms. You will also play a key role in driving MQL volume and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through creative, data driven and proven paid advertising strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to take ownership of the strategy and budget for multi-channel paid media campaigns at ABC Fitness. You will be responsible for driving growth across our key markets globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design, execute, and optimize ROI focused paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others to drive MQLs
  • Own the strategy for paid media across all external platforms and associated budget allocation and optimization across channels
  • Create and manage trial campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and engagement to convert leads into paying customers
  • Analyze campaign performance data and MQL conversion metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that enhance lead generation efforts
  • Oversee A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to refine campaigns and improve lead quality
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement
  • Compile, analyze and share weekly performance reporting, providing monthly and quarterly strategy updates
  • Provide regular reports and insights on MQL generation, and overall lead funnel health
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align digital media efforts with business objectives and customer needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (preferred)
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience influencing pipeline from paid channels
  • Leadership: 3+ years overseeing the work of others
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting not limited to, demographics and behaviors.
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on lead generation and MQLs.
  • Strong understanding of trial campaigns and the customer acquisition process.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization tools to enhance ad performance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders with minimal oversight or direction

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $90,000 -- $110,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
