Job Summary

As the Recruiter at Stateside Brands, you will play a strategic role in managing the full lifecycle recruiting process to attract A+ talent, while representing some of the hottest brands in the industry. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the hiring needs of our rapidly growing business by collaborating closely with our team to ensure we bring on the best and brightest to drive our continued success. This position is open to remote candidates residing within Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process to meet the business's hiring needs.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
  • Develop strategic and innovative methodologies to recruit top talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening applicants.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience, managing high-volume requisitions and talent pipeline development.
  • Support early talent and on-campus talent acquisition strategies as needed.
  • Offer guidance to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Deep understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry talent landscape.
  • Proficiency in modern recruiting strategies and techniques.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Military experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 USD.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
  • The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
