We are currently seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our corporate teams across several departments. In this role, you will identify and capitalize on organizational capabilities by aligning strategy, culture, standardized operating procedures and behaviors to drive performance, development and succession while creating a meaningful work environment. Responsibilities
The annual base salary range is $140,000-$165,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.

Responsibilities
- Envision and facilitate the integration, standardization, and evolution of our HR work in partnership with HR COEs, Shared Services and cross-functional partners.
- Build strong business partnerships to identify & address business or cultural needs across Foot Locker’s global functions.
- Influence the business environment in support of corporate team performance & potential to drive culture and positive employee experiences.
- Use data to make informed decisions on all people-related programs and projects such as engagement, turnover, compensation modeling, performance ranking, and many other KPIs.
- Drive talent management initiatives for several of Foot Locker’s corporate functions in support of our global talent strategy such as performance, development and succession planning.
- Lead organizational design strategies in partner with team leaders and HRBP peers to identify capability realignment opportunities to ensure role clarity & clear goals by role.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within the Company to ensure organizational objectives and individual goal align to the company’s strategic imperatives.
- Lead and build change management capabilities within the HR and corporate teams to support Foot Locker’s transformation roadmap.
- Maintain strong relationships with global HR counterparts to ensure continuity and alignment of process, policies, initiatives, and culture.
- Act as a coach and confidant to global function leaders.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational development or a related degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a retail or global matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and build a performance culture.
- Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency

- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to successfully navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability as an operational HR leader; high say/do ratio, identifying needs, setting plans and executing, understanding HR data, and driving decisions using data
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
- Strong project management skills, particularly with respect to organization, prioritization and time management.
- Travel as necessary to support the business.
