Description

We’re seeking a data-savvy, omni-channel-focused analyst who will serve as a strategic partner to key teams across Eberjey. This role will own the advanced data analysis, reporting & dashboard maintenance, and actionable insights to drive decisions across our e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will be equal parts analytics expert and strategic thinker, passionate about making data accessible and meaningful.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze customer, sales, and marketing data across all channels (e- commerce, retail, and wholesale) to uncover actionable trends and opportunities.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and challenges through analysis and provide data driven recommendations across key areas such as customer behavior and performance marketing.
  • Identify key drivers of business performance, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to inform strategy and optimize campaigns, inventory, and pricing decisions.
  • Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Conceptualize, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into omni-channel performance.
  • Design and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, PowerPoint presentations, and exploratory analysis.
  • Support testing pipeline across all channels and establish analytics test priorities and requirements.

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

  • Utilize predictive analytics and statistical models to gain insights into future performance.
  • Experience with customer models such as RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) as well as different Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
  • Leverage data to support new initiatives, including loyalty programs, omnichannel strategies, and expansion into new markets.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a similar role, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Python is a plus.
  • Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, and/or other e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
