Position Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated client account manager with three or more years of experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Wellbox is a growing healthcare company dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, happier lives. This is not yet a director-level position, but we are a growing organization and therefore this position will also grow in responsibility.

Essential Functions

  • Reporting Capabilities - ability to take Excel data and turn it into insights for the clients, being able to understand client impact on data.
  • Relationship management - building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at practices.
  • Project management - ability to manage projects at a department level (NPS) and also at an individual practice level (onboarding).
  • Onboarding - leads onboarding initiatives for enterprise accounts (project management and education).
  • Manages the expectations of the clients.
  • Works to resolve situations quickly if interruptions occur during the service delivery process.
  • Build relationships and effectively communicate with physicians and office managers.
  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates.
  • Establishing a strong relationship with new customers and continuing to develop a strong relationship with current customers.
  • Keeping clients engaged and informed through timely monthly reports, meetings, conference calls, and scheduled visits.
  • Solving issues proactively through working with the internal Wellbox team and keeping the client updated on our progress.
  • Facilitating the upselling of new services to accounts to expand their current contract.
  • Onboarding new customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure early satisfaction.
  • Coordinating quarterly data refreshes with the customer and internal data analyst team.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related Suites.
