We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh as a Senior Identity and Access Management Lead . This role can be based remotely anywhere in Canada.

You will manage a team of up to 10 developers/business analysts both onshore and offshore focusing on the design, development and governance of user Identity Management. You will work with IAM management team to identify, design and plan IAM capabilities, tools/processes, and build prioritized strategies for implementation. You will also work closely with other Information Security teams on risk remediation, framework gap analyses, and audit requirements and liaise with internal Application teams to determine the maturity level of their IAM capabilities/processes and provide guidance on building actionable plans to address the gaps.

We will count on you to:

  • Involve in design and architectural advisory of SailPoint Identity Now / Identity Secure Cloud in client environments.
  • Developing custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise systems like EBS and ServiceNow.
  • Communicating to clients and others about aspects of the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level.
  • Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
  • Engaging with application owners and teams to walk-through technical specifications and requirements for integrations.
  • On-board applications engaging with various stakeholders across the organization to educate on the platform capabilities and need for integration
  • Understand application, security and business requirements for identity lifecycle, access requests and roles and map these to technical specifications.
  • Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback.
  • Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features.
  • Preparing technical and user documentation.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years’ experience with SailPoint Identity Now / Identity Security Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in application onboarding across various categories including OOTB, custom, and API based.
  • Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Now or other Identity Management suites and directories including Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, and SQL with a high proficiency in Java development.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring IAM connectors.
  • 3+ years of experience with the configuration and customization of IAM products
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as EBS, PeopleSoft, and Workday is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with API Development which includes Restful APIs. Familiarity with SCIM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
  • Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access control, and security best practices.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,800 to $135,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
