You'll be the driving force behind our recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
Craft Compelling Content:- Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture candidate relationships.
- Write clear, concise, and attractive job descriptions that highlight our unique culture and opportunities.
- Create compelling website copy that showcases our employer value proposition and attracts top talent.
Design Visually Stunning Materials:- Contribute to the design and maintenance of our careers website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
- Create eye-catching printed recruitment marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and event signage.
- Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
Build and Engage Our Online Community:- Develop and execute a social media strategy for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including text posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, questions, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
- Encourage employee advocacy and engagement on social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of talent brand initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent branding, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong design skills, with proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for animal welfare and the veterinary field is a plus.
