Graphic Designer

Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and expertise to produce captivating designs that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and crafting compelling designs that resonate with our audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other stakeholders to create visually engaging materials that communicate our brand’s message effectively. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, and website elements. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that challenge your design skills and allow you to contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate the design and creation of graphics for web, print, and social media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
• Develop infographics, illustrations, and layouts for various content formats
• Maintain and update existing design materials to ensure consistency and relevance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Stay current with industry trends and software advancements to enhance design skills

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an individual contributor role
• Established work experience within the multi-family industry is strongly preferred but not required
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
