What You’ll Do - Third Party Assistance (TPA)
As a Third-Party Assistance (TPA) agent, you'll play a key role in our claims department. You'll help resolve incidents quickly and manage costs effectively. You'll reach out to third-party customers involved in accidents with our insured drivers and support them through the claims process. By handling claims directly, we offer convenience and top-notch customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact third parties involved in accidents with our insured drivers.
- Handle third-party car damages, repairs, or total loss directly, providing great service to support customers through the claims process.
- Provide replacement vehicles to third-party customers during repairs.
- Oversee repairs and monitor any replacement vehicles provided.
