What The Role Looks Like
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities for FlexPay. You will be a champion of the FlexPay product, utilizing your knowledge of our product and the payments industry to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
A Day In The Life Of This Position Includes
You are a results driven Account Executive with well-honed fact finding and discovery skills. You don’t shy away from a challenge and thrive on hitting and exceeding targets. Your love for learning allows you to quickly become a subject matter expert on the products you sell.
What We’re Looking For
â 5+ years’ experience in a SaaS B2B sales, business development, or account management role, preferably in FinTech.
â Proven experience gaining new business through a variety of prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, trade shows etc.).
â Proven experience selling into Enterprise Software companies.
â Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data to drive informed
decision making.
â Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
â Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions
effectively.
â Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build and easily maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal
stakeholders.
â Self-motivated and results oriented.
â Experience using SalesForce to record and update sales activity and pipeline progress.
â Knowledge of payment industries an asset.
â Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts.
â An adaptive learner who always strives for challenges
â Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.

What The Role Looks Like
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities for FlexPay. You will be a champion of the FlexPay product, utilizing your knowledge of our product and the payments industry to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
A Day In The Life Of This Position Includes
- Identifying opportunities and establishing relationships with key decision makers.
- Managing the full funnel sales cycle including prospecting, educating, contract negotiations and new client handover.
- Relaying the FlexPay value proposition to prospects in a clear and concise manner, modifying to be relevant to each individual prospect,
- Becoming an expert in our product and the payments landscape. Staying up to date on the latest trends and competitors in the market
- Using a consultative sales approach to ensure prospects understand FlexPay’s offerings.
- Conducting product walk throughs, presentations, and sales meetings to effectively communicate FlexPay’s value proposition.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and client success, to ensure alignment and support in the sales
- Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the sales cycle to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
