About You

We are looking for an energetic, creative individual to lead our ecommerce and digital efforts to drive revenue via both our Shopify and Amazon stores as well as other ecommerce channels including B2B (e.g. Faire). This person lives and breathes ecommerce, customer retention, funnel metrics, and can set the strategy as well as execute across platforms implementing best practices and learnings based on data.

About The Role

The Manager of Ecommerce and Growth Marketing is responsible for leading digital and ecommerce efforts from concept to execution in alignment with overall brand strategies and growth plans. This position is responsible for the strategy and activation behind campaigns spanning search marketing, CRM, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid social.

What You'll be Doing

  • Initiate and optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion strategies along with seasonal and evergreen campaigns to drive annual ecommerce revenue utilizing digital channels
  • Own existing and pursue new omnichannel growth opportunities through online storefronts, marketplaces, social platforms, delivery services and wholesalers (Amazon, Walmart, B2B wholesale, etc.)
  • Offer strategic and executional support to brand and innovation teams with rollouts products to maximize their potential and accelerate ecommerce sales growth
  • Devise and execute on new strategies that will further differentiate Partake in the marketplace through our digital presence and communications
  • Formulate a testing strategy to improve and optimize conversion rates based on meaningful and measurable KPIs
  • Expand on existing reporting capabilities to include channel attribution, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). Leverage data to optimize digital strategy, conversion rates and channel mix, and strengthen our data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency by providing immediate feedback to team members through coaching, training, and mentorship
  • Provide coaching and leadership support for Ecommerce team member(s)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience specializing in E-Commerce Growth and Conversion
  • Passionate about digital and using data to drive decisions
  • Expertise with Amazon
  • Experience with Shopify /Shopify Plus including knowledge of Shopify and Inventory management
  • Experience with CRM and email retention marketing
  • Strong understanding of website development
  • Experience with site merchandising, site search, segmentation, customer experience personalization and A/B testing
  • Possess strong understanding of the relationships between page views, conversion and other relevant web based KPIs and action information accordingly
  • Quantitative / analytical skills balanced with passion to improve digital customer experience
  • Data driven, mathematical mindset and abilities
  • Ability to prioritize while thinking on macro level and be extremely detail oriented
  • Proactive self-starter with a sense of accountability and integrity
  • Extremely high level of energy, creativity, and sense of urgency
  • Minimum Bachelor’s level degree
