About The Role

We are seeking a Junior or Intermediate Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user-centered designs that align with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants to learn and grow in a collaborative environment while making a tangible impact on our products.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Work within and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Assist in usability testing and data-driven design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
  • A portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to implement and abide by Knowledge Management standards and methodologies.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

56,000 - 62,000 CAD per year(Canada)

61,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
