Axiom is seeking a dynamic End User Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness and adoption of Axiom Maintenance Services. This role focuses on direct engagement with end users (IT decision-makers, procurement teams, etc.) to identify unmet maintenance needs, generate demand, and create sales opportunities. Once opportunities are validated, you will collaborate with Territory Account Managers (TAMs) and channel partners to close deals. This position bridges end-user demand with channel execution, requiring a mix of prospecting, relationship-building, and cross-functional teamwork.

Location Requirements:

  • Hybrid Position – Preferred location is the Greater Toronto Area, but candidates from other regions are welcome to apply.

As The Demand Generation Manager, Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • End User Engagement & Prospecting:
    • Conduct targeted outreach to end users (e.g., IT managers, CIOs) via cold calls, emails, and networking to uncover maintenance service needs.
    • Educate end users on the benefits of Axiom Maintenance Services vs. OEM offerings.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Demand Generation:
    • Develop campaigns (webinars, case studies, ROI tools) to highlight Axiom’s value proposition.
    • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate inbound leads.
  • Opportunity Qualification:
    • Assess end-user requirements, budget, and decision-making processes to prioritize high-potential leads.
    • Document technical and business needs for seamless handoff to TAMs/partners.
  • Collaboration with TAMs & Channel Partners:
    • Partner with Territory Account Managers to align end-user opportunities with channel partner capabilities.
    • Support partners in structuring proposals, pricing, and closing deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Track opportunities through closure, ensuring smooth transitions between demand generation and fulfillment.
    • Provide post-sale feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs (lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue impact) and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or demand generation, preferably in IT maintenance, third-party services, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level/IT decision-makers.
  • Understanding of channel sales dynamics; experience collaborating with indirect partners is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

  • Experience in third-party maintenance, IT infrastructure, or hardware lifecycle management.
  • Existing network of IT end-user contacts.

Compensation Range: $78k to $93k CAD base plus commission, depending on experience.
