About The Role

The QA Specialist will be an integral member of Moncel's PMO team, responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products, marketing initiatives, and technology platforms. While part of the PMO team, this role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, courseware, marketing, and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing detailed test strategies
  • Executing test cases
  • Managing defects and ensuring overall quality
  • Enhancing test analysis and design
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Implementing test automation
  • Continuous learning and improvement
  • Enhancing reporting and documentation

What You Have

  • Proficiency in test strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
  • Expertise in test case development and execution
  • Proficiency in defect management and root cause analysis
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of test environment setup and management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices
  • Proficiency in test management tools
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies

Your Qualifications

  • Certification in Software Testing (Optional but Advantageous)
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum Environments
  • Familiarity with Moncel systems
