Job Description


We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic squad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our digital products, ensuring they align with our business goals and strategies and user needs. This position will be reporting to the Digital Product Management Chapter.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, data scientists, QA, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and effectively communicates priorities.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and features
  • Create detailed user stories to feed the UX/UI team as well as the development lifecycle
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies, making data-driven decisions to ensure maximum impact.
  • Drive Agile development processes, ensuring timely and efficient product releases.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Make informed decisions based on data, user research, and market insights to enhance user experience and product success.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of features and resolve any technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional materials.

  • Experience in telecoms an asset

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Bachelor in computer science, marketing, communications, digital e-comm or any equivalent combination of training and experience

Work Experience


  • Experience working successfully on an Agile team

This remote position is open to individuals residing within the organization's footprint, which includes the following locations:

  • Ontario and Quebec, Canada
  • U.S. States: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
