What You'll Do:

• Build and scale a new enterprise offering within Fullscript, contributing across the full development lifecycle
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve features—leading projects and owning your work from design to production
• Develop highly usable features all the way through the stack to support our growing enterprise customer base
• Drive best practices in software engineering through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and advocacy for clean, maintainable code
• Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and hone their craft
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features
• Scope and plan projects effectively, balancing speed with long-term sustainability
• Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of our platform
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a track record of building scalable applications
• Expertise in Ruby or Ruby on Rails
• Strong front-end skills with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.). Bonus if you have React Native experience
• A deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• Belief in writing tests and building robust, maintainable code
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you're resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments that involve ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills—you articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
• A growth-oriented attitude, embracing feedback and continuous learning
