Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Regional Sales, the Account Manager brings a solid understanding of relationship building and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and increase market share. The role will be accountable for Edmonton and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly territory sales plans to grow market share.
  • Expand and deepen customer relationships through in person and virtual meetings.
  • Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sagen products/services.
  • Identify and fulfill training needs for account base through group presentations.
  • Leverage data to drive impactful conversations.
  • Ongoing and consistent usage of CRM tool to manage the sales cycle.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

Skills And Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in business
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (in particular relationship selling), and customer management
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and computer (MS Office) skills
  • Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced change environment
  • Organizational and problem solving / analytical skills
  • Remote position with travel required within region
