Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tekton Labs. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and timely communication. Your role involves answering calls, greeting guests, coordinating with warehouse staff, processing sales orders, arranging freight, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional environment, such as a medical office or similar, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide professional customer support via phone and email.
  • Accurately enter and verify customer information in our system.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including warehouse staff and management.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Process sales orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Arrange freight and coordinate shipping details as needed.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues, complaints, or concerns, providing potential solutions to management.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers at all levels while demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.
  • Maintain organization in administrative duties and complete additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional work environment (such as a medical office, manufacturing, or similar setting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating prompt and consistent attendance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
