Ad Hoc Recruitment Consultant

HR Associates specializes in staffing solutions for various sectors across Ontario. We work with a diverse team of consultants to support our clients' hiring needs.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Ad Hoc Recruitment Consultants. This role involves conducting interviews on an ad hoc basis for our Interim Staffing Division. Consultants will work remotely and are not guaranteed a set number of hours.

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will conduct structured interviews with candidates for various positions within our client organizations, provide insightful feedback and evaluations based on interview performance, and collaborate with our team to ensure timely and professional candidate assessments.
