Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate at X/Celerant Consulting. Ideally, the candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, setting M1s, market research, and effective communication with the staff and clients. The compensation for this position is a blend of base salary and commission based on a defined commission plan.

Qualifications
- Ability to set 3+ new meetings a week in a target market
- Direct recent experience in setting meetings with C-suite executives for a professional services firm
- Presentation Skills and Presentations
- Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in business development or sales
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of operations and supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
