Stock Administrator

Summary

Guidewire Software, Inc. is looking for an experienced Stock Administrator to join our Finance team. The position will be primarily responsible for all aspects of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) program. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our uniquely complex Employee Stock Purchase Plan and plays a key part in driving employee understanding and engagement with our equity programs. You will be a part of a Stock Administration Team and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax and People Teams.

• Minimum 4+ years public company experience with global equity administration
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Maintain confidentiality
• Strong sense of personal accountability
• Experience with Equity Edge Online and strong Excel skills
• Strong working knowledge of equity plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and project management abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the administration of global ESPP Program.
• Coordinate and manage enrollment activity (including contribution changes, purchase contribution collection, process purchase, post-purchase reporting, disposition tracking, etc.) collaborating with People Teams, Payroll, and Finance partners.
• Strong communication skills, creating and delivering presentations, assisting with employee questions and providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide support for other activities or special projects as needed including international tax and securities research and compliance.
• Implement process improvements including automation and adoption of AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist when needed with all aspects of stock administration including grants, stock option exercises, YTD and tax imports, terminations, LOAs, and various reporting requirements.
• Maintain the Equity Edge Online database and the integrity of the data.
  
  

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000 - $156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
