As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Partnership Manager to help expand our network of strategic partners.

About the Role: As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that drive value for TapMango and our clients. You will work closely with fintech, SaaS, and other technology partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our offering and expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with fintech, SaaS, and technology companies that serve retail and restaurant businesses.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
  • Understand and communicate technical integration requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Represent TapMango at industry events, conferences, and meetings (approximately 10% travel required).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within fintech or SaaS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with B2B companies in the retail or restaurant space is a strong asset.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing and growing partnerships that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss integrations and technology solutions with partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to create win-win partnership opportunities.
