Strategic Business Development Representative

As an outbound SDR at Introhive, you'll drive growth by identifying and engaging potential outbound clients through phone, email, social media, and events, showcasing how our solution solves their challenges. This is a quality-focused role where you'll work on a named account list, delivering personalized outreach to generate outbound leads and build strong connections.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Qualify: Source and engage new outbound leads across multiple channels.
• Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and active lead pipeline.
• Market Research: Stay current on industry trends to refine messaging.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of outbound sales experience in B2B org.
• Proficiency with sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
• Proven track record in outbound lead generation and pipeline management.
