Head of Test Prep Program

As Head of Test Prep Program, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our test preparation services. You will lead a team of dedicated teachers and tutors, develop effective strategies to attract and retain students, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Program Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test prep teachers and tutors online, ensuring exceptional teaching quality and student engagement.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of test prep programs, including SAT, ACT, AP exams, and other standardized tests.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and refine test prep curriculum and resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Conduct regular virtual team meetings, provide ongoing training, and evaluate teacher performance to maintain excellence.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Track and analyze online program performance metrics, including student outcomes and teacher effectiveness, to inform continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
• Stay current with testing trends and changes to adapt programs to evolving requirements and opportunities.
  
  

Student Enrollment And Growth

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create online and offline campaigns that promote test prep services and build brand awareness.
• Build strong relationships with students and families, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure a positive learning experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, required. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in education, with a strong preference for experience in test preparation (e.g., SAT, SSAT, ACT, AP, etc.).
• Proven experience leading teams, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of standardized testing formats and trends (SAT, SSAT, ACT, AP, etc.).
