Position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Overview: As the Chief Revenue Officer at Eazifunds, you will be responsible for the company's revenue-generating strategy, execution, and growth. You will drive top-line performance by overseeing sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, ensuring alignment across these functions to maximize revenue and market expansion. This role requires deep expertise in selling complex software solutions to banks and financial institutions, as well as a proven ability to scale revenue operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A strong and current network within community and regional banks and credit unions is essential, with demonstrated success in closing enterprise software deals.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to achieve and exceed company growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Establish and optimize revenue operations, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies to track performance and drive strategic decision-making.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive enterprise sales efforts targeting banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
  • Leverage industry relationships to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and deal structuring to maximize long-term value.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts into new geographies.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's value proposition and market reach.
  • Represent Eazifunds at industry conferences, forums, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and long-term engagement of enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Implement customer feedback loops to drive product enhancements and improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with market needs and client feedback.
  • Work closely with finance to align revenue forecasting, pricing, and profitability strategies.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to enhance lead generation and brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, and revenue leadership, with a strong focus on fintech and banking solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales operations, and closing complex SaaS deals with banks, credit unions, and lenders.
  • Strong industry network within financial services, fintech, and lending sectors.
  • Expertise in leading high-impact sales and revenue teams, with strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven and SaaS-based solutions (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize revenue operations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling companies in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Must have

  • Must have strong relationships with bank executives who can buy our products immediately, plus a track record of closing enterprise software deals in financial institutions.
