We are looking for our next Senior Director of Product, Marketplace & Employer Experience to join our team. This is a remote role available anywhere in the US (preferably Central or Eastern Time Zone) or in Canada (Montreal only).

As a Senior Director of Product, you are a hands-on leader who thrives in strategic and execution-oriented roles. Join our team to shape and drive Talent.com’s product vision while fostering impactful solutions for employers and job seekers alike.

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

What You’ll Do and Challenges you’ll face:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for Talent.com’s Marketplace and Employer experience, driving growth and value for customers.
  • Develop and implement a high-impact, growth-focused product roadmap that supports scalable employer experiences and success.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to foster adoption and growth within the Talent.com ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with key partners to deliver custom, scalable integrations that align with unique customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success and finance teams to ensure seamless employer experiences.
  • Act as a player-coach, engaging deeply in both strategic decision-making and hands-on product development.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust API development and scalable solutions.
  • Measure product performance and impact, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and prioritize future investments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and maintain competitive positioning.

What we’d love to see on your resume:

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in marketplace or ecosystem product development.
  • Expertise in API development and partner ecosystem growth.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, balancing strategic vision with execution excellence.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, operational efficiency, and product scalability.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a history of defining clear objectives and driving meaningful results.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to dive into product development details.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and foster alignment.
  • Experience with recruitment technology or marketplaces is highly desirable.
