  • Analyze experiment results and synthesize actionable insights to refine strategies and inform key business decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure robust data collection and seamless integration of experimental features.
  • Leverage no-code tools and techniques to accelerate innovation and prototype solutions.
  • Evangelize user-centered design principles throughout the organization, integrating customer insights into experimentation processes.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences with AI-driven solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to prioritize experimentation initiatives that drive meaningful impact.
  • Advocate for big ideas while staying highly networked both internally and externally.
  • Contribute to non-PM work products when necessary and brainstorm innovative opportunities for new channels.

What we’d love to see on your resume:

  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or experimentation-focused roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a history of defining clear objectives and driving meaningful results.
  • Expertise in event tracking, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Optimizely, Google Optimize) and no-code prototyping tools.
  • Proven ability to thrive as a Super IC, with a willingness to dive deep into experimentation details.
  • Passion for leveraging AI-driven innovations to enhance user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex findings clearly and effectively.
  • Experience coordinating experiments across teams and ensuring alignment with data and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic planning.
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong commercial acumen and ability to connect experimentation to revenue impact.
  • A zero-ego attitude, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  • Experience with recruitment technology or marketplaces is highly desirable.
