Were looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth globally. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing innovative B2B marketing campaigns, growing brand recognition, and navigating the complexities of finance and blockchain. This role calls for strategic thinking, creativity, and a hands-on approach to creating outstanding content, websites, presentations, and plans. It also requires the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with both senior executives and developers. As Head of Marketing, you will define our brand, generate leads, analyze data, support content creation, and position us as a leader in digital asset infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Preferred experience

  • Work with the executive team to define and implement the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate demand from blockchain ecosystems and financial institutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and partners.
  • Create and share a brand story that connects with target audiences.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos, tutorials, technical documentation, social media, and press releases.
  • Write high-quality content every week.
  • Plan and launch new products, ensuring coordination across teams.
  • Align messaging and positioning with product and sales teams.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and run keyword ad campaigns.
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels to improve conversions.
  • Use technology, including AI, to create internal tools and automations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights with the executive team.
  • Transfer data from Salesforce to a new CRM and improve lead data quality.
  • Refine marketing processes, methods, playbooks, and sales pitches.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Strategize which events to attend, sponsor, or speak at, and organize side-events.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-efficient strategies.
  • Stay informed on blockchain, fintech, and marketing best practices.


Requirements

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving brand awareness and lead generation, ideally in finance, fintech or blockchain finance.
  • Built and scaled communities from scratch, converting them into revenue-generating clients.
  • Skilled in growth marketing techniques such as viral loops, product-led growth, affiliate marketing, email automation, retargeting, social proof, event marketing, co-marketing, growth funnels, and account-based experience (ABX).
  • Proficient with CRMs, email marketing, automation tools, lead generation platforms, data enrichment, and analytics software.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, B2B distribution channels, and analytics.
  • Exceptional storyteller with strong content creation skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of finance, fintech, blockchain, and cloud software.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams toward ambitious targets.
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Entrepreneurial background (e.g., co-founded a startup).


Compensation & Package

  • Salary: $140,000-200,000 per year (full-time work contract + commissions).
  • Equity: 300-600 stock options (i.e., 0.1-0.2%) vested over 4 years.
  • Location: Based in ET (US) or EU (fully remote with optional access to office)
  • Equipment: MacBook Pro and other work essentials.

1 Hiring Manager Interview

  • Intro call with Co-CEO (30 min).


2 Behavioral Interview

  • Personality and cognitive tests.


3 Group Interview

  • Focus interview with hiring panel (90 min).
  • Following this: Reference calls and background checks.
  • Board Approval needed.
