YOUR IMPACT
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new sales in partnership with the global leading systems integrators. Each day there is the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will be focused on securing and supporting critical new business wins through the cross sell of our innovative product within larger more compelling transformational projects. No two days will be alike, and you will be a trusted advisor helping prospective customers to find compelling solutions for their problems, negotiating pricing, navigating technical conversations and closing deals.
- Responsible for selling new market offers within the Redwood Software portfolio, working with clients to understand their business challenge and create compelling propositions for change, deliver proposals and ensure successful delivery with excellent client satisfaction
- Build strong partner relationships and consult with customers to find solutions to problems they are facing
- Conduct discovery and negotiation calls for prospective customers
- Engage meaningfully about our solutions with mid-level and senior management
- Exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team
- Collaborate with internal team members, including support and technical team members
- Attend forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to validate forecast accuracy
- Manage territory assignments in the CRM system
- Responsible for the revenue and bookings achievement towards the existing accounts, ensuring maximization of margin, leveraging the Redwood Software approach to delivery
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with technical topics
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work in small and large groups effectively
- Strong Strategic thinker; able to formalize strategies and solutions with clients; analyze needs
- Strategic Balance: Ability to look to the future and not simply to manage the immediate task at hand
- Experience in client account management
