M365 Trainer

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Trainer to deliver Microsoft 365 (M365) training to the organization's staff to improve computer literacy and capabilities using Microsoft 365 tools and technology. The M365 training is designed to provide staff with flexible learning options, personalized to meet their needs. Training Coordinators are not required to provide students with course materials or quick reference guides, as the instructor-led classes are supplemented with on-demand learning resources. Through the organization's communications campaigns and platforms, staff can access course outlines and self-register for classes using our Learning Hub learning management system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Microsoft 365 training to the organization's staff

• Provide full-day or multiple 1- or 2-hour classes

• Deliver classes virtually, unless in-person is requested at an acute or community site

• Train staff on the following applications: Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Visio), Teams, SharePoint Online (including Lists and Planner), OneDrive, Forms, Computer Fundamentals

• As requested, collaborate with Learning Services in the development or revision of training content

Qualifications:

• Coordinators should be Microsoft Office Specialist certified and have a Provincial Instructor Diploma or the equivalent.

• Experience working in large healthcare organizations is preferred.

Hourly rate: $75-$80.00/hr
