Position Summary
The Training Administrator is responsible for facilitating training for both new hires and existing call center agents. This role involves creating and maintaining global training resources to ensure a consistent knowledge base and high service standards. The position also involves developing e-training modules, presentation slides, and delivering presentations.
A cover letter is required to be considered for this position.
This is a remote role associated with our Uniworld Los Angeles office; however, the candidate must be flexible and able to work across various global time zones as required.

- Create and update online and in-person training resources for call center and related teams.
- Design engaging, visually appealing materials tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with departments to keep training modules current.
- Guide new hires with training schedules, progress reviews, and course completion.
- Lead interactive workshops (virtual and in-person) to ensure active engagement.
- Research and implement innovative tools and best practices for training.
- Assign refresher training as needed and schedule staff training on new products, technology, and policies.
- Act as a company ambassador for new hires, providing a positive introduction to resources.
- Assist in developing Litmos learning modules and other training materials.
- Support Passenger Services with email, calls, chats, and notifications as needed.
We’re looking for a dynamic trainer with the following:
- Experience: 1+ years in a call center, reservations, or administrative role. Previous experience as a trainer or presenter is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (including PowerPoint and SharePoint). Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in leading sessions and creating engaging content, whether live or on video.
- Customer Focus : Dedicated to setting a positive example of service excellence for new hires.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, patience, composure under pressure, and clear written communication.
