As a CBO, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, establishing key partnerships, and driving our fundraising strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to make a significant impact in the rapidly growing mental health tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to define the long-term business strategy and roadmap for the AI-driven mental health platform.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and investors. Establish relationships with healthcare providers, tech companies, and mental health professionals.
- Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, including pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds. Leverage your network to secure investments and help the company grow.
- Revenue Model Development: Build and refine revenue models for both B2B and B2C channels, focusing on scalability and long-term profitability.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the healthcare, technology, and AI industries. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive market penetration.
- Investor Relations: Manage relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding the company's progress and needs.
- Team Building: Help scale the business by recruiting and managing senior talent, establishing a high-performing team culture.
- Proven track record in business development and fundraising in the tech or healthcare sectors (preferably AI or mental health).
- Minimum $300,000 USD investment required to be considered for the role.
- Strong understanding of venture capital, private equity, and startup fundraising strategies.
- Experience in building and scaling early-stage companies, especially in the mental health tech or AI industries.
- Ability to lead business operations while raising capital and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to investors, stakeholders, and the board.
- Strong network within the venture capital and healthcare industries, with a focus on tech startups.
- Passionate about mental health care and driving positive social impact through innovative solutions.
