- Communicate the big picture to your team, prioritize tasks on the product roadmap, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Be a source of ideas for all product-related matters.
- Represent the company as a product evangelist at public events.
- Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and growth.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from design to launch.
- Define roadmaps that align with feasibility, time, cost, strategy, and impact.
- Lead the product team by hiring, mentoring, and fostering a client-focused culture.
- Implement scalable processes and methods for product development.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct user research, market trends analysis, and partnerships to evaluate ROI.
- Write and maintain both internal and external product documentation.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Test new product ideas to foster innovation within the team.
- Work with the CMO and marketing team to execute product launches.
- Partner with the CTO and product team to turn feedback into new features.
- Collaborate with the CISO to integrate security processes into specs and workflows.
- Evaluate competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on crypto and blockchain developments to guide strategic decisions.
- Participate in client meetings to gain insights for improving the product, and pitch it.
- 10+ years of experience as a PM, Head of Product or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full product development lifecycle, scaling API-first platforms, and building products that drive significant revenue growth.
- Proven success in developing developer tools, cybersecurity software, and APIs.
- Good understanding of blockchain technology and public key cryptography.
- Hands-on experience in financial industries (e.g., banking, payments, trading).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in crypto, financial services, and global markets.
- Deep experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize product performance and measure success.
- History of building and leading high-performing product teams.
- Knowledge of how to drive both better user experiences and developer experiences.
- Skilled at building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to pivot and innovate in a rapidly evolving market, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
- Decisive under pressure and in uncertain situations.
- Personal experience in trading or using cryptocurrencies via a personal wallet is a bonus, along with deep knowledge of crypto custody and its applications.
- Salary: $220,000-260,000 per year (full-time work contract).
- Equity: 900-1,200 stock options (i.e., 0.3-0.4%) vested over 4 years.
- Location: Eastern US (fully remote with optional access to office)
- Equipment: MacBook Pro and other work essentials.
