Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the integration of mental health principles within the business model.
- Advise on the development of mental health services and programs that enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.
- Offer expertise in mental health trends, regulations, and best practices to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other board members to set strategic objectives and oversee company growth.
- Participate in quarterly board meetings and contribute to high-level decision-making processes.
- Assist in building strategic partnerships and expanding the companys network in the mental health industry.
- Support fundraising efforts by leveraging your expertise and network within the mental health sector.
- Education:
- Doctorate in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Licensure or certification in mental health-related disciplines is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mental health advisory roles, with a strong background in corporate wellness or organizational psychology.
- Proven track record of leadership and influence in the mental health sector.
- Experience serving on a board of directors or advisory board is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and influence company policy from a mental health perspective.
- Financial acumen to understand the impact of decisions on the company's performance.
- Commitment to the company's mission and vision, with the capacity to invest financially and intellectually.
- Compensation will be determined post-fundraising and will be commensurate with the market standards for board members in similar roles.
