LTL Operations Analyst

TRAFFIX is seeking LTL Operations Analysts to manage relationships with our key accounts and proactively offer solutions based on shipping patterns and needs.

As an LTL Operations Analyst you will ensure operational excellence through supporting both internal and external customers and carriers. The position will support all customers by track and tracing shipments, scheduling pickups/deliveries, data entry, communication via email, phone or in person. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our carriers, customers and colleagues. This role also provides opportunities to start your career at TRAFFIX, with opportunities to grow in Operations, Sales, Account Management, IT, Finance, Sourcing, and/or Pricing.

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver operational excellence to customers and carriers.
• Answering incoming calls, emails and make outbound calls, emails ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Partnering within teams and across departments, Operations Analyst serve as the main point of contact for managing the shipping process for our internal/external clients, including ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing and proactively notifying the client of any changes. 
• Manage existing key account relationships and offer solutions based on shipping patterns and needs. 
• Confidently problem solve any issues, such as a missed pick up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
• Proactively communicate any issues to the client 
• Coordinate all daily shipments through phone, email and TRAFFIX’s client-facing web portal.
• Partner with other departments across the TRAFFIX Organization to track shipments, resolve any discrepancies and file claims completely and correctly in a timely manner.
  
  

Qualifications: 

• 2 – 3 years of LTL customer service experience in a business services environment 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Knowledgeable on relevant modes of transportation 
• Team player mentality 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and strong internet skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
