We are seeking a highly organized Quality Assurance Coordinator that ensures consistent quality by developing QA processes, conducting audits, and monitoring customer feedback. This role involves staying updated on industry regulations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with management to improve operations.

We are seeking a highly organized Quality Assurance Coordinator that ensures consistent quality by developing QA processes, conducting audits, and monitoring customer feedback. This role involves staying updated on industry regulations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with management to improve operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist in creating and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards across all locations.
- Develop and distribute training materials, checklists, and guidelines to promote consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of operational practices and stores to ensure compliance with Mini Mall Brand Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaint trends to identify areas for improvement, focusing on the Customer Experience
- Collaborate with management and team members to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Analyze operational data to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on quality assurance protocols.
- Act as a resource for operational staff, answering questions and providing guidance on QA processes.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting the self-storage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or a related role, preferably within the self-storage or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance tools or software.
- Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
