POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Scenthound Field Operations Specialist, your main responsibilities will be upholding our brand values through in-person and virtual training facilitation, analyzing franchisee and employee training needs, identifying training gaps and continuity, and assisting in creating new or updated training resources in partnership with subject matter experts. A successful Field Operations Specialist is a proactive and clear communicator who acts with a sense of urgency, proactively solving problems, adapting to change, and loves working dogs and people alike!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a teaching, training, or coaching position
- Experience creating and/or assisting in the development of training resources
- Experience in a sales and/or customer experience environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
- Must be comfortable handling all dog breeds
- Stamina to stand for long periods; strength to lift up to 50 pounds
- Franchisor Operations
- Franchisee Support
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain training materials
- Organize in-house and offsite learning activities, including presentations, role-playing exercises, job observations, and assessments
- Facilitate orientations and trainings for Franchise owners and employees
- Evaluate trainee performance to provide continued support
- Stay up to date on Scenthound processes and L&D best practices
- Be available to franchise owners, managers, and trainees for training support
- Other tasks or responsibilities as required
