Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator (Remote)

Our client seeks a dedicated Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator to support their team. The ideal candidate is organized, process oriented, and available to start immediately.

This is a fully remote role. Preference will be given to those residing in the Eastern Time Zone.

Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator Responsibilities

• Manage CAQH linkage, re-attestation for 500+ providers, and update provider data in systems.
• Oversee Medicare enrollment and handle any required forms, utilizing rosters when possible.
• Ensure timely provider enrollment with third-party payers and maintain current provider data.
• Coordinate follow-ups with payers to confirm enrollment status and update demographic information as needed.
• Generate weekly enrollment reports, ensure compliance with the organization's policies, and support various provider enrollment-related tasks.
  
  

Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of provider enrollment experience in a healthcare system; exposure to MSOW/Verity preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Salary: $20-$23/hr. (DOE)
